Love the ability to check in online, let's me be in control of our day instead of just sitting and waiting. The girls in the store are very friendly and appreciate the fact that they act like they want to be there on a busy Saturday for us. Always hate the sales pitch for product afterwards, understand that is part of sales and would do the same, just would rather you be able to leave that out.
