First and foremost, I am extremely impressed with the customer service I received from Marissa. She went above and beyond in helping me purchase a suit. She called me and let me know when it was ready and I was able to stop by so she could make sure it was hemmed the next day.
When I was in the shop, it was extremely busy but she handled herself and her staff with great professionalism. I would gladly recommend the Chula Vista Friar Tux to anyone that needed to rent a suit/tux or purchase. Keep up the great work.

The staff were great! They were all very friendly and extremely helpful! All three times I went in (initial measurements, final fit, and return), they were absolutely swamped with clients, but I felt that they valued my time and most importantly, my experience. At no point did I feel rushed or pushed aside while they helped someone else. The entire time, I felt that they truly cared about how I looked and ensured I had the right fit. 10/10 would recommend.
