Amazing customer service! When the suit pants that we rented, did not fit properly, the sales associate Marissa went above and beyond keeping us calm and collected. She ordered two new sizes and she hit it right on target, one of those pants fit correctly! Because of her outstanding customer service, my son was able to attend his very first homecoming looking dapper and amazing! Thank you so much for the friendly and amazing customer service. The service was excellent. Our experience was handled very well by the staff from measurements to pick up. My shirt was the only one that had a stain they took care of it right away. They inspected the other tuxedos before they were out the door. Every thing was spot on. I am happy to do service with friars tuxedo.

Steven was very helpful. I can't tell you how appreciative I am that he made my wedding party all feel ready and looking spiffy. He never faltered even though the Friar Tux I went to in Vista was very busy. He had only worked there for two weeks by the first time I went in for a first fitting, but seemed like an absolute veteran. Highly recommend Friar Tux just based on the experience with this young man

The people really provide one-on-one service. They are very helpful and accommodating. Worked with two different people and both were very enthusiastic and wanted to make sure I was pleased with the fitting. Would go back to them in a heartbeat.
Your staff is exceptional. I brought five, "high energy" little boys to be fitted and your staff was very accommodating and dealt with the boys so well. There was an issue with the order and I was notified in plenty of time to adjust our schedule. The items fit correctly and were all very nice. The return of the items was fast and easy and so I will always use Friar Tux for formal wear in the future.
The workers were so easy to work with and very kind. A couple of the suits for our wedding came back in the wrong size and they remeasured, reordered, and redelivered the new suits within 24 hours!
