I like it that the yoga instructor kept an eye out for me since I was new. She emphasized the importance that it is our yoga practice and to listen to our body.

I like the boutique feel and size of the studio. As a newbie I appreciated that the teacher was very accessible to me with the smaller class size, but it wasn't so small that I felt like I stuck out like a sore thumb when I couldn't keep up during my first class. It seemed to me that the studio could truly accomodate the widest range of experience level within one class, and leave everyone satisfied. Oh, and the deoderant samples in the bathroom were much appreciated too. Thanks!

Everyone is so friendly and I feel like I really get something out of each class whether that be a good work out or peace of mind! I love it!!

All around I was very pleased with the facility, the class, the music, and the energy. Perhaps my favorite aspect was the guided intro to set an intention for class.

That was my first yoga class and both the woman at the front desk and the instructor made me feel very welcome. I thoroughly enjoyed my class and plan to sign up for more.

You have the best instructors in town! I especially like Casey P and Silvia M. All of the classes are unique in structure, well balanced, not overly hot, have integrity, and focus on proper alignment : )

I like the spiritual aspect of yoga is intertwined with a rigorous workout. It gets my mind and body to a place where I am more effective at the office.

I like the facility. Only thing I could say to add would be a water station, to promote people to use reusable containers. Everyone is friendly and the atmosphere of the yoga is not just focused on the physical aspect but encompasses the mental and spiritual side as well if a person so desires.
