Great instructor, Sylvia. Good flow to the class and challenging to all levels. Sylvia does a good job of allowing beginners and intermediates to fit in despite challenging poses. Nice atmosphere with good light, a nice neighborhood studio.

What do you like about our services?

The studio is a comfortable, inviting space and the teachers are incredible. It took me months to find a studio in Seattle and I am so thankful I found Haute Yoga QA. My life has improved dramatically in the past three months.

The yoga teachers genuinely care about their students and make sure to introduce themselves to new students. The people that come to this studio to practice yoga are nice and don't look down upon you if you can't do a particular pose or if you need to take a rest.
