Well run programs and fun environment for the kids to learn and play sports

Our instructor is so knowledgeable, understanding and helpful. Patience is a virtue and Debbie is so patient.
The program is very well done , and there it is a lot of activities you can choose. I am very pleased.
Riley is amazing with my son. My son is on the spectrum and sometimes has trouble making connections with people. She treats him like any other little boy and He looks forward to seeing her twice a week. She is amazing ! 10000% will continue with swimming lessons as long as Riley is around!!
The water exercise classes are great! They cover many of the exercises taught in floor aerobics classes, but are much less stressful on knees and joints! The 45 minutes go by very quickly. I’m currently participating 3 times a week.

The coaches are very involved
I love all of the staff and the variety or programs for all different ages. We use the exercise room and workout classes almost every day. Shout outs to Danyl, Sharon, Bridget and all of the other instructors. They make classes fun and make everyone feel included. Also it is nice to be created by Amber and Sam each day.
Thursday evening group exercise with Kim SP is great, and is Jen's Tuesday 6 pm class. I do wish there was a BodyCombat or more frequent HIIT class offered at night for the after work crew.
Community
The gym and facilities are clean and the staff is friendly. I enjoy working out there.

We have only been there less than a week, but so far so good, Meg worked with us on the machines and we still have two sessions to go, she does a great job.

Pool is very nice, several lap lanes, and the water is warm.
You have programs for every work shift and stay at home parents and I love that. Everyone gets to participate. It's clean and everyone is very friendly. My children loves that's an indoor as well outdoor track. I will highly recommend my family and friends
Gentle yoga is a favorite
As of now being a beginner i only walk the track i will be doing more activities as time goes on
