The YMCA have up to date equipment, always someone to assist if help is needed. The staff are great and smile when you enter.
Our son loves the afterschool and all-day programs. I love zumba on Mondays and using the peloton subscription the Y offers in the exercise gym. We also use the play zone from time to time and our children love it. The Y is just a happy place to be.

I really enjoyed quick fit and working with Julie she pushed me to do the 3 rep and I can see my self getting stronger quick fit was my fist class and they where so welcoming and has good instructor too

I'm doing my own training and swimming only.
The Group Exercise classes are fun and engaging, and there's a lot of great exercise equipment.
Pool is kept in great shape, swimming's my favorite activity at the Ragsdale Y.
My son did winter basketball. He went in not knowing anything about the sport and learned alot. He liked meeting new people and he was happy to learn some skills. We had two phenomenal family volunteers step up and really work with the kids. He is looking forward to basketball in June.

the aerobic exercise helps my mobility stretch, bend, lift and flex in way I could not above ground or without water.

The diverse activities
My son absolutely loves his swim class and his teachers. The Aquatics director has been amazing. We've had issues with not enough sign ups for a full class but she's worked with me monthly to ensure my son isn't affected by it and that he still gets to have his classes monthly! he absolutely loves his instructor maloid. He's fantastic with my son, very patient, fun and professional.
I like the variety of classes. If I want an 8:15 class it's there, not really feeling an early class there is always a 9:15 or 10:15 and evening classes, which I have never tried. The workout varieties are also nice. I do the Deep Water, Stretch, Flex and Flow and also Shallow Power.
