We have only been there less than a week, but so far so good, Meg worked with us on the machines and we still have two sessions to go, she does a great job.

Pool is very nice, several lap lanes, and the water is warm.
You have programs for every work shift and stay at home parents and I love that. Everyone gets to participate. It's clean and everyone is very friendly. My children loves that's an indoor as well outdoor track. I will highly recommend my family and friends

As of now being a beginner i only walk the track i will be doing more activities as time goes on
if i don't know how to use some piece of equipment, there is someone there to help. swim instructors are helpful and knowledgeable.

I like the pace the trainers assist you with ad allow you to move at your own level. Would love to have a hot top to relax after working out to help relax the muscles.
I mostly use the walking track so I can’t comment on the programs and other activities.

Ragsdale location has excellent staff overall.
Pool (especially refurbished) at Ragsdale Y is always clean and a good temperature.
One ongoing frustration (previously reported last year) is that the Silver Sneakers app does not recognize the First name removed Perry Ragsdale Y in Jamestown as offering the Splash program. Each time I go to it to log in my attendance at the Aqua Aerobics class Wednesday morning or schedule it, this Y is not an option and I have to click on High Point Y instead to move forward.
I love the water aerobic classes, I enjoyed the people in the classes that instructor and everything about it. I hope that it will stay the same after Justine leaves and that everything will be done as well as she did it.
Programs are consistent. Staff are friendly.
Certified instructors and positive attitude. Good variety of exercise aids and equipment. Zero to low impact on joints but excellent workouts that decompress and help spinal anomalies heal. Good emphasis on balance, strength training and endurance. Fun!
I would like to encourage greater effort to regulate and maintain water temperature higher than 84 degrees, which is a therapeutic MINIMUM, not a target maximum, especially for members with musculoskeletal disorders.
Kudos to all the lifeguards and Y Staff for their enthusiasm and encouragement.

This YMCA has a variety of activities for all age groups. The facilities are second to none and the staff are knowledgeable and very helpful to the members.
