I am able to be myself.. I can wear my old T-Shirts or sweat pants and no one cares, they are just happy that I am attending the workout sessions and getting my health back

The leadership at the Stoney Creek YMCA is all about encouraging people to get and stay healthy in such a way that makes it easy to go back. Working out is hard, and it's nice to be part of a health community where that encourages each other.

We thoroughly enjoy the group classes. Participating in them along with other members makes "doing your body good" fun and enjoyable.
