Engaging!

My child was in summer camp from 6/30-7/3 and had the best time. The ability to engage with kids in her age group and do activities that were both physically challenging and mentally stimulating was great. She came home happy and tired.

They keep the children safe and busy throughout the day and my daughter enjoys being there

My grandkids love the YMCA. The Director Ms. SHELBY and all the counselors make camp fun. To include all the field trips.

I love that my son gets to enjoy the pool, gym, playground, and various games throughout the day.
I am very impressed by the counselors and how well they work with all children, including special needs children. The flexible drop off times, and wife range of time my son can stay throughout the day has been a life saver as a single parent during summer time. Thank you so much for all that you do!

Hours of operation is very convenient for families with non-traditional hours.

My teen LOVES teen summer camp.
I just wish they had a per diem rate for weeks that she has other camps going on that are not full weeks.

I love my son has so much fun, he’s able to have somewhere fun and safe while I work instead of some daycare. The people are so nice there, I haven’t had any problems. This is my sons 2nd summer here and will continue to come here until he’s too old

I love that they have multiple locations as well as plenty of things for your kids. To do as well as yourself, the programs are awesome.Especially in summer camp and after school programs

I am thankful to have aftercare provided at Brown Barge Middle School as a working parent. Mr Zeke was great! It was very club friendly too, allowing my child to attend and come in late after band or club practices that finished before 5. I appreciate outside time and homework time as well as snacks. Thanks so much!

The PEOPLE! The YMCA has done a tremendous job in selecting counslers and a director that truly care about the kids, the parents and their fellow YMCA family. They say it takes a village to raise a child, and I am grateful this the village looking after mine!
