My children having been attending the Vickery Center for several years, and absolutely love it! Cameron and Sapphire are amazing and so are the other counselors.I really like the activities and field trips they plan during the holiday breaks. I would definitely recommend the Vickery Center of Northeast Pensacola to anyone in need of child care.

Aftercare at school for working parents

The before school program.at Beulah middle school is great but wish they would have some physical activities for the kids (be at gym with basketballs, soccer balls, jump rope etc) rather than sit at cafeteria. The school has no recess and most kids do. It have gym class

The sports and support of the after school staff.

I like everything about the after school program, My daughter enjoys staying after school, and also water day.

The ladies make my child feel special

I love the atmosphere it helps build all of the kids self esteem up so well especially the children who are learning how to interact with other peers and take directions from there coaches

I like the fact that I was able to drop Tiyanna off as early as 7 am if I had to meet clients earlier. We equally enjoyed the field trips offered this year, to include, the frequent reminders and ease of registration.

I like that staff is friendly, cares about the kids, and they have field trips weekly and visit the pool

Opportunity for kids to swim everyday.

Staff was always attentive and paying attention. The job is by no means easy - either with children or the parents, staff remained respectful & courteous.

My son had an excellent summer there at the YMCA. Thank you so much for another good year.

The activities kept her busy, included education and the opportunity to swim every day was amazing.

The program is a great asset to the community.

Staff and activities..

My child enjoy the field trips he was in the teem group is only complaint is a set around too much didn't get to go to the gym to play basketball other than that he had a great time I would like to thanks Shelby for being so kind and thoughtful to my child see y'all again next summer

Kids were kept occupied with a lot of fun activities. Only downside is pricing.

Loved that she came home exhausted

The kids stay busy all day and come home exhausted and happy. I'm grateful the summer program exists. As working parents, we appreciate having a safe, fun environment for our children during the summer while we work.

It is a safe place to bring our daughter for summer camp while we work. she stays active and we trust the YMCA with her, that's a big deal these days.

the only drawback which we found was when the counselor would punish the whole group for the bad behavior of one child. they are at summer camp too have fun and when she isn't allowed to go to the pool multiple days in a row, for example, that really upsets her when she had no party to the original problem. the offending child should be made to sit by the vending machines while the rest of the kids are able to still have fun. this type of punishment works good for prisoners and military recruiters where they can then pressure the bad apple to shape up, it does not work with kids, and it's unfair. we aren't spending money for her to sit in time out, essentially, when she's done nothing wrong.

that's my only complaint. otherwise 9.9/10 keep up the good work.

Kid friendly, safe space and kept busy all day!

I enjoy how active the program is. My son comes home with his energy spent from the swimming and walking and gym time

Initially, I was very nervous about her summer experience. My daughter is having a great time. She says the staff and kids are very friendly. Thank you for taking great care of my 6 year old.

I am highly pleased with the Summer Camp which Tiyanna attends. I enrolled her last year and she was eager to attend again this year. The camp staff are amazing and readily available to assist me and other parents. Tiyanna and are are equally pleased with the additional field trips offered as well.
