I have only gone to the tanning salon so I can't speak about the fitness center. The staff at the tanning salon is so friendly, respectful and courteous. I have really enjoyed going in. Their customer service is first rate.

I just tan there, and all of the girls are great! Deanna, Morgan, and the new girl with the blondish purple hair! They are all so awesome!

'Quaint' comes to mind, but sells the gyms atmosphere short in regards to vibe, equipment, and motivation.
Now if Dakota would just pull the trigger and get a preacher stand for vista, I'll gladly go with a 10 next time;)
I really like the Kids' Club attendant. And Every time I've been at the Vista location, the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. I was very impressed how clean the tanning bed salon was, and that the attendant cleaned the bed before I used it. Sometimes when I use the tanning bed at the Star location it is a little dirty and the towel that is provided is very gross.

you have everything that a person needs to be able to exercise & get fit. The place has never been too busy where I have to wait to use any of the equipment, and that's nice.
Fast, convenient good locations and you don't have to wait in lines.
The friendly and personal staff make me feel like I'm a friend and not just a member. That keeps me motivated to keep coming and I need that.
All is good, but wish I could add a family member on to my membership.

Your employees do not give the "car salesman" feel when offering services. They listen to the needs given and try to address them and offer services based on those needs. I always feel that they take my needs seriously and meet me where I am in attaining my goals.
