Well, without all the machines lined up in row upon row of confusion: I am learning how to use free weights to build my workout and already am feeling a difference. The staff are always friendly, helpfull and most of all knowledgeable.

Gym is close and always available so no excuses. Some other people there seem to go hard, which is good for getting me fired up. Staff is friendly.

The incredible friendliness and service at this gym is immeasurable. People at this gym are serious about fitness. It is not a flashy " look at me" gym. Meatheads aren't dropping weights everywhere. Noone ever has to feel self conscious.

I started my training with Rachel Munk in October of this past year and I have to say she is awesome and so kind, she works me hard, knows my strengths and my weaknesses and I feel good after my workouts, she also gives me confidence and always makes me feel positive that I can do it and I feel very comfortable with her training me. Training without a sell job. Last club I went to, it seemed the trainers had to worry about selling stuff too much. I appreciated the trainers at body renew focusing on, well, training!
