Kathryn, Nina, and Rachel are all awesome. Each one brings a different approach to the work outs they lead. Which keeps the workouts fun and challenging.
Boot camp is crazy and a whole lot harder than it looks. Rachel rocks these classes and keeps all of us at the right level. I watched from afar for a long time until convinced to give it a try. Wow was I wrong and feel amazing now that I am two full rotations into it. I would challenge anyone that needs to move to the next level or past a plateau in their training to going a boot camp. It pays off immediately.
The team does a great job and makes coming to the gym fun.
