I had such a lovely time this morning getting my poor nasty feet pampered. (cannot believe I can't remember her name, could someone please fill in my old brain, please). She is just delightful and did not show the slightest hesitation at my calloused, NOT taken care of feet. I'll be back and it WON'T take me 3 months again!!
Extremely friendly service, from the reception to the hairdresser. She also was very detailed with cutting my hair, and gave me lots of opportunities to assess her work.

Elizabeth gives an excellent massage. She asks about areas of concern and will focus on those areas but still work all your other areas. It has helped me so much.
Everyone is very kind and helpful. My stylist, Bridget, is truly the best. She makes every appointment feel like a little bit of a spa day. Yesterday she cared for my sister who is quite ill and she took her away from that while making her feel pampered.
