I am (was) a first time customer and had the best experience since moving down here 4 years ago and wish I did it sooner. Peachy was AMAZING easy to talk to and communicated everything very well. I honestly can't wait to come back, wish my hair grew faster so I could come back like every week! Super happy with the cut I have bangs which are ALWAYS tricky and she KILLED IT! Even my DAD noticed saying wow your bangs look great and for a 78 year man to notice you know I was in the right hands and place :) Love Love Lo0o0ve you guys!
The warm welcome I always get. Being offered tea or water is always a lovely gesture. I get the best haircut from Nancy. I have finally found a place where they listen and give great advice about hair care, styles and what best suits me.

The clean environment. Nice displays of products.
What I don’t understand is why repeat clients are never given any samples. That is the way I test and purchase your product . When I asked the receptionist what is is in the sample box, I was informed that new clients are given the samples. I said that I am a loyal client and just spent over $294 and a $40 tip. To Chris who was 45 minutes late for my appointment. I don’t mind him being late as he is worth it!. She said that is your policy.

After several years away, I returned to my old salon. I was pleasantly reminded of the warm welcomes and soothing atmosphere created by the staff. Letting Chris loose on my hair again was a long missed comfort. Great to be back, y'all! xoxox
Everyone at the salon is friendly and considerate. Nancy is my stylist and she is AMAZING. She takes time to understand what you are looking to achieve and then magically transforms your hair. She is a true artist.

The nail technician, Ve, was very good! I liked the special care and attention she gave to giving me the pedicure and manicure and making sure that I did not experience any hurt or discomfort.

Everything. People in the front desk were really nice and welcome. Chris did a wonderful job with my hair, he is super kind and professional.
Nancy is always so accommodating to my family and was able to get all three of us (including my two teenage daughters) at the same time. Ray was great despite the fact the internet was down - she kept me informed and reconnected with me once the internet was back up so we could settle up.
Nancy at Aveda at Thruway is wonderful. At 63 I've never had a preference for who did my hair cuts. Now I do. She does well every time.
I appreciate the way the stylist listens to me and checks in to see if the cut is what we discussed. I look forward to each appointment.
