Good hair cut, friendly staff, clean facility, love the Aveda fragrance and products.
But… I MISS THE HEAD, NECK AND SHOULDER MASSAGE THAT WAS PART OF THE AVEDA SPA -LIKE EXPERIENCE. I’ve been an Aveda customer since the late 80s and it was something I really enjoyed aside from a good hair cut. Has that been eliminated from all Aveda salons or just Van Davis at Thruway or is it something my stylist just doesn’t do?

You are absolutely correct- the scalp massage ritual and the neck/shoulder stress-relieving treatment are still an important part of your Aveda experience we strive to provide for every guest.
