I liked several things starting with having an appointment and or time when the technician was going to arrive instead of just a window of several hours and the technician called us before his arrival too. All of the work that was scheduled was completed efficiently. Also, before the technician left our house he showed us his work and then cleaned up the work area!
I was impressed at the attention your representative paid to our problem. At this point, we're not sure whether or not he fixed our problem, but he did what he thought would help. We only have to wait and see if the issue continues.

The estimate and work were done well and on time, even earlier than originally planned. The handymen were clean, polite and respectful. They kept me informed of their progress and where we were on each of the projects I had them do.

They call 30 minutes prior to arrival, and are spot on time. They get right to work, do a good job and don't linger about, which is important when you are paying by the quarter hour for labor. I had a list of tasks for them and they were all completed in two visits. I have referred them to my friends already.

I like the fact that you call to confirm the appointment a couple of days before and on the day of the appointment you call to remind the customer of the time you would be out to their place. Also 30 minutes prior to the time of arrival, you call to advise that you are on your way. I like your follow through approach and great customer service. Everything was done in a timely manner and the invoice emailed within minutes of the job being completed. Thank you very much for a job well done..
