Beautiful facility, clean, and overall great class
The facility has a big room, not as crowded as other facilities. People and teacher la are all good and nice. The parking is free and easy also. I love this facility. Also offer a few CSX classes all the time which I love the most.

I really like the instructors at CorePower Redwood City. They are very nice and make the classes fun. They take the time to learn your name and talk to you casually before and after class, I think this helps build community in the classes. A special shout out to Brent K, Kristi G, and Alissia M they are all great instructors and I take their classes frequently. All three make a challenging workout fun, and I always leave their classes feeling better than I did before.
Was visiting SF for the week. Went on Sunday evening and the staff was SO welcoming. Monday was really busy but was still greeted kindly. Classes were challenging and fun.

I go to early morning class everyday during the week. The instructors are so welcoming and friendly. I get the best workout and feel great! Its the only way I want to start my day.
