The instructors are amazing, friendly, welcoming, and kind. The studio is a spacious, clean, fresh and welcoming environment. When I walk in, I always feel a calmness that overtakes me. I like the class variety and the offered times that are convenient to my schedule. While I would normally practice a C1, C2 or Sculpt, I am undergoing some medical issues and taking only Yin and/or Restore, which are absolutely wonderful for my mind and body. I can do C1 but it physically wears me down right now even on my best days and best to avoid. So thank you for the gentle and restorative classes!

The quality of the instructors and staff @ Redwood City is outstanding. I appreciate the number of classes that are being offered and I can only hope that your second studio gets repaired fast. Given everything that has happened, I appreciate all of the classes being offered and how friendly everyone is! Your instructors @ Redwood City are motivating, kind and give always give off a very positive vibe! Your RWC Studio is on my top list of studios to attend!!

There is only one thing that I would like to mention - cell phone use in the studios and quiet voices before classes. At Redwood City we are so lucky to have a space the allows people to "hang out" before class and there is ample space near the lockers room etc. I have taken mid day classes where people are using or checking their phones during class. I also enjoy the serenity of a cell phone free space inside a studio. I know the people are quiet using cell phones as many are just texting; however, there have been numerous occasions (weekends etc) where people are taking selfies either before or after class.

I come into a yoga studio to practice and be focused and for an hour, leave my cell phone in my bag until I am done with class and ready to leave. Just my two sense...

Beautiful studio undergoing a wonderful makeover. Very clean. Theresa is absolutely a joy, welcoming and friendly. She welcomed me so kindly and guided a terrific and healing class. I’ll join another class around my doctor and medical appointments while I’m in the area.

This was my first Yoga class and It was an amazing experience. I felt no pressure and I was very comfortable with my basic knowledge about the yoga poses. The experience was very relaxing and I would definitely go again.

I attended the yoga sculpt class with Robbie and it was amazing! He had great music, was very motivating, and guided us through the sequences very well. 100% recommend his class!

CorePower Yoga changed my experience with workouts. I used to think more about fitness than the practice itself. In the beginning, CPY brought me exactly what I was looking for. I had a great 3:30 class yesterday with Laura! She's an amazing teacher and her sequences and playlists are always top notch!
