Gerry was able to provide us with info on contractors that could immediately do the work to my satisfaction. Gerry always kept us informed as to how things were progressing. Gerry has been in real estate for many years and knows the iins and outs of the business. I’m sure I got a maximum amount for my home based on the current lack of demand.
