Alex moved mountains for me in selling my business AND home. He does a lot of extra marketing I never knew was out there. One of the great things about working with Alex is he answers his phone at all times and if not, he calls back immediately when he can. I never worried about reaching him in times I needed information. He clearly works hard at selling and buying for his customers.

We had a rather complicated sale. The buyer wanted our property and an adjoining property listed a particular way and he changed his wishes several times. His bank, accordingly, was very slow in approving his loan. We waited near 6 weeks for a closing. The Zickert Group was with us every step of the way and gave clear explanations to all of our questions and provided frequent updates on information derived from the buyer's agent. My wife and I felt we were in professional hands.
