Erica and Mark were informative, kind, and persevering from the start. We always felt they were available and working hard for us, knowing well that we weren't their biggest client. We found working as a team was beneficial as a client; one of them was always able to jump on the chance for an early showing when a home looked appealing. Many times they were offering times before we were able to take advantage! We never felt pressured to make decisions, but at the same time, well-informed about our chances of success when timing was off the essence.
