We use mostly the pool area and it is a great improvement in the air quality after the renovation. Keep on doing the good work because you are on the right track! Thank you!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I am not part of the programs. I like swimming at this facility.
I don't like the locker room, it is different from North and Beaumont. It has lockers 1st., showers 2nd, and toilets 3rd. In the past this hasn't been an issue. But this last time when I went swimming, they added a note that we are required to dry off before entering the locker room. I understand that is required due to having the toilets near the pool area. Now I have to dry off after swimming. Walk past the restroom section, take a shower to wash off the pool chemicals that cause dry skin and dry off again. Sorry .....but I have to add a corny joke to this response. Do you know the leading cause for dry skin......a towel. (sorry!) back to the review. Are the ADA lockers designed for people in wheelchairs? or other ADA needs. Due to the bench in front of the ADA lockers, I don't think the lockers meet ADA access requirements for a wheelchair. I love all of the floor, walls, locker, shower stall finishes, Sorry for the long text. Due to this long message, I probably owe you another joke. How do you know a joke is a Dad Joke? It will be clearly a parent. SORRY!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Enjoy Functional fitness class when low stress on knees and over all body workout is included.
Walking track and availability of not so heavy weights to use while walking.

Outdoor pool at Hamburg Y would be great addition. Please consider.
