The Beginner Pickleball class was great! Frank and the female instructor (Tracy ?) were really good. I highly recommend it.

What I really like is the cleanliness of the facility, it makes me feel cared about, just like home.

Most things are available well with my schedule, it might be nice if pickleball had little evening time for those who still work 9-5

An ice bath is the only thing that is missing. Would help with recovery for the people that really need it

The instructor for our intro to pickleball lesson was great. The class was very enjoyable. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The variety

Pretty good spot. I’d love to see more turf be implemented especially in the functional fitness room. I’d suggest having the sled be moved out into the open gym area and have longer turf laid down for it. Maybe even implement a better sled like the one you have at high street that allows you to have the bars be pulled out and put back in so there isn’t a weird transition every time you push or pull it.
If buying more turf is a worry Maybe look into investing into a “tank resistance” sled if you don’t want to spend the money on turf and instead want a solid piece of equipment that operates with wheels, allows solid progressive overload, and won’t tear up floors. An amazing training tool for classes as well as everyone else.

I would also suggest investing in an Iron Strength neck resistance tool for any classes dealing with helping strengthen overall body and/or physical therapy. I myself would definitely use that tool even if I had to spend extra money to have access to a room where more than expensive equipment was utilized for restorative purposes.

Very friendly

Cleanliness of the facility, cleaning supplies provided for members to clean equipment, and choice and large amount of equipment provided for member use.

Generally the pool is available unless the weather turns bad.

Great variety

I don’t take part in any of the programs or activities. I just appreciate the fact that you’re open seven days a week and your hours are very convenient for me and you have plenty of free parking.
