Like every Y I have been to, the staff are energetic, friendly and have a sincere interest their client's health and well being.
I particularly enjoy the pool as I use to do triathlons (pre covid!).

Variety of classes and class times. Intensity of most classes. Friendly people. Like ale instructors and staff.

I love the instructors and almost everyone working at the front desk. However, it’s quite ridiculous that this is the only gym in town that makes you wear your mask while on cardio... completely socially distanced... they have found that it’s not good for your body and if you are in every other treadmill... 6ft away....???? Really???

I love how clean and modern the y is and how new the equipment is. I am a mom of three and especially enjoy the childcare and workers that slow me to workout. I also have always benefitted and loved (pre Covid) the group fitness classes they really motivate me to stay fit and healthy!

I love the warm pool and have enjoyed the Pilates Reformer classes I have attended.

Since our local Y opened here in Hamburg, my wife, our three children and our nine grandchildren have from time to time used the machines on the second floor, the lap and open swim pools, the sauna, heat tub, steam room, and the gymnasium; we have been highly satisfied with every component. Linda and I are now 74 years old and have in the past taken advantage of the pool exercise program and were exceedingly pleased with that experience. But to me, as important as the activities is the strong leadership and management Director Dana Ensley provides. In addition to being highly competent, she is also a very professional, caring person; and I have found that the staff working under her reflect her compassion for others, focus on customer service, and productivity. Our Y is certainly well managed.

We love the Y: people are friendly & supportive of families. As a single mother, child watch is a Godsend to know they are safe & having fun while I’m working out. We then usually swim as a family or play basketball in the gym which is great during winter when there’s not much to do. The Y was particularly awesome when covid19 hit as it supplied emergency back up care to my kids so I could work -the quality of the program was high. Lastly my daughter has been at camp x3years & loves it. I’m so glad to have a clean, safe place that is family friendly & great to come work out several times/week.

Love the pool, walking track, ellipticals and childcare. I plan to let my kiddos do some sports programs there soon!
