I love the water aerobics classes. Everyone is so friendly. There is alot to do. All you need to do is get involved.

To be direct, I never know when or what programs are being held. Any notices of a program do not give details, only to email a person for more information. This creates an unecessary step in gathering any information and creates a barrier to even considering participation.

Childcare is great, friendly and awesome at distracting my toddler quickly so he doesn't cry long after I drop him off. And the classes are diverse and fun. And I love bringing my teens to swim or exercise while the toddler is in childcare so I can get quality time with my older kiddos.

Location and acceptance of Silver Sneakers program. Instructors are great and the caring and support of every group of people is a Christian value that I especially love.

I love the E-Gym and row machine. I also like that I have options for other machines so I don’t feel I’m doing the same exercises all the time. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

There are a nice variety of programs for active older adults. I also recommend the EGym for the ability to adapt to each individual.
