E gym and stationary bikes

Good equipment and open spaces. The staff is friendly. The pool is good too.

I love everything about the YMCA except.... That there is no longer a useful YMCA in Frankfort Kentucky the capital of Kentucky has no YMCA !!! When you go to use the pool you find out that they use it for storage.
Frankfort needs an arthritic YMCA swimming pool.... When you tear one down you're supposed to put one back....

So whoever reads my comments please know that that is the only problem that I have with the YMCA....

Please give us our YMCA back .

I love the group class instructors! Dana, Emily, Stephanie and Amber! I wish there were more free weights for the classes. There are very few of the "new ones" and the rest have been used so much that the coating has been worn off.

EGym is the whole reason we go.
Please add more machines to the circuit

Clean, open spaces, lots of options

Pilates classes with Kara. Skilled instructor who easily adapts to the needs of the member both in group and private classes.

I use the machines and free weights but also utilize the egym on occasions when I don’t want to have to think about settings etc.

So many options for working out, regardless of how a person feels about working out there is something for them!

Variety of programs, friendly people and atmosphere!!☀️😊🌈

It very clean , friendly. I really like the indoor walking track and sauna

The professional staff always offer warm greetings and encouragement.

eGym and pool

It is a welcoming place to all and there are many, many wonderful programs and choices for all ages and abilities. A wonderful place indeed!

Variety of Silver Sneakers classes. E gym is a great offering.

There’s a good variety of activities for individuals my age. I’m happy to be able to stay active.

The Egym system has been a tremendous help in improving my health.

Workout equipment, got tub, pool and saunas

I enjoy how continent this location is to my home. Everyone here is amazing to interact with. I go to the Whittaker location and my only complaint is the sauna is not hot enough. It is consistently 150 degrees when a dry sauna should be more like 180 degrees. While the location was shut down I went to the Northside Y and the sauna there was much warmer. Please increase the heat at Whittaker. Thank you!

I like the egym and active older adult classes. I like that we can play mahjong/games in the lobby area
I don’t like how many classes have been canceled. It used to be one every once in a while but lately it seems there is no effort to find a sub.

Some fun classes....especially Functional Fitness, Cycling, Silver Sneakers with Cheryl; the EGYM is pretty cool too.

The only thing I don't like is the cell phone use, more emphasis should be on working out and staying off your phone.

Safe place to hang out!

You have everything a person needs for fitness, fun and friends.

Silver sneakers activities help seniors get out and socialize as well as exercise.

Oh many machines to workout on. Nice pool and waterpool . Clean changing room
