My Kai loves going to daycare where we know it is a fun and safe place for her. We love how easy the app is to make appointments and how convenient the webcam is to check her during daycare. We also love the themed parties, pictures, and art projects! She is definitely wiped out after a fun day at Dogtopia! Plus she always smells nice after, which is a plus!

We have been to Dogtopia twice! Once for a tour and the other time for a meet and greet with our puppy. Each time we have been blown away by their friendliness, knowledge, and expertise. We have looked at many doggy daycares and easily chose Dogtopia over all others! We are excited for our puppy to start daycare this week!

We are continually pleased with the love and care that is provided to our dog at Dogtopia AH! The staff is friendly and loving and we feel so comfortable leaving our dog in their care!

Cabi loves to play with her doggy friends and I love to follow her on the webcams. They have many fun events throughout the year, such as agility days and pool parties, and lots of cute photo shoots. Cabi is very shy with people so we usually skip the photos but she enjoys everything else and everyone on the Dogtopia team is gentle and patient with her. I like the 2-hour naptime which gives all the dogs a chance to wind down and maybe enjoy a yummy treat to support the Dogtopia Foundation. Wow, Cabi has been going there for almost a year now. Time flies when you're having fun!

People are friendly and our dog really enjoys going to doggy daycare.

All the staff are very good with dealing with all kinds of dogs. They patiently assess each dog and work with getting them comfortable to be with the others. Staff are accommodating and friendly.

Being a franchise you are held to standards, outdoor option, location, price, video option to see what my pup is doing. I’m not crazy about a 2 hour crate/rest time ( too long)

Love the environment and employees. My dogs are always so happy to be there they literally run out of my car to get to the front door.

The staff is warm-welcoming and loving to every pup. They provide excellent care.
We feel very comfortable leaving Reggie there for the day knowing he has fun socializing and playing with other pups and getting the exercise his needs. Dogtopia has creative ways of entertaining your pup while keeping them safe. You can even download an app to watch your pup on the webcam.

Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. All of the dogs seem happy and well looked after.

The staff is great and Armani loves going to play with his bffs and staff all day. He has to say goodbye to whoever is at the desk when he leaves.

Great welcoming staff. Clean facility! I like that I am able to watch how my puppy is doing, that’s a plus for this dog care. Although, I can also say that it’s making me anxious see her roughhousing with big dogs. Had moments of thinking of calling them :) My puppy can be feisty and saw several times that she was put to “time-out”, which is good so she can learn to socialize better. Hoping that this will be a positive experience for her because she is still young (4 mos) and has alot to learn. Overall and so far, will recommend 👍

How the staff knows each dog by their name. How much love they give each dog. How hard the staff works to keep the rooms clean! The events that dogtopia has for our dogs!

Dogtopia of Arlington Heights is the best. They give my dog Flame TLC and a great place to socialize all day. Love their theme days and photo shoots. They are so kind and even let me drop of Flame before 7am on days where I need to get to work early. So grateful for the whole team at Dogtopia of Arlington Heights!

All staff members were very friendly and answered all our questions. All the installations were clean, you can hardly tell there’s a lot of doggies in there. Video streaming its great, brings piece of mind knowing I can see how my puppy is doing.

I like the flexibility of scheduling care and the friendly staff and service! The app is a great convenience for scheduling and staying in touch with what’s happening at Dogtopia! All around it’s a very well thought out and organized business for the care of our furry family members! The team at Arlington Heights is fab!

We watch on rhe website and rhe staff engages with the dogs. Staff cheerfully comes outdoors in the worst weather to get the dog from the car and greets him by name.
Prices are reasonable. Facility is clean and staff finds plenty of reasons to celebrate
