I love that they start out with a meet and greet first so my dog can get comfortable and used to the other doggies, they have different play rooms and are able to go outside and play from time to time, also what I love is that I am able to watch my dog from my phone. Staff is super friends and the place is super clean and organized.
Dorito is well taken care of, and all of the employees go above and beyond to get to know your dog! They are constantly cleaning the facilities, and the webcam feature is the best

Convenience and caring atmosphere. Our dog loves to go to Dogtopia. We especially like the camera so we can see what our dog is doing. The place is extremely clean and we like the special events. Staff are specially trained and exhibit great customer care.

I've been impressed with Dogtopia on so many levels. It is clean and bright. It reminds me of a daycare facility for children it's so well taken care of. The Canine Coaches are well trained, clearly love the dogs and enjoy their work. The ability to utilize the app for scheduling is super convenient and it runs like well-oiled machine. We moved to Dogtopia from another doggie daycare facility and Dogtopia is a MAJOR upgrade. It's even a few dollars cheaper each day which is an added bonus.
We've been to other dog daycares but Dogtopia has blown us away and exceeded all (high) expectations! They take such good care of every dog, know every dog by name, and truly want to provide the best experience. We love that they are highly trained, so we know our pup is in the best hands. And our dog gets so excited to go there, see all the employees, and play with all his friends. We're so grateful for our Dogtopia family!

Our experience so far with Dogtopia Arlington Heights has been wonderful. We had a last minute need to board our dog, Luna, and Ross and Amanda worked with us to immediately get her set up with her three days of daycare and her boarding days. We loved being able to check in on her using the webcams the entire time. And Ross and Amanda were incredibly patient with all of my questions.
On our last day of vacation, our flight was delayed resulting in us not being able to pick up Luna at our scheduled time. I made a panicked call to Dogtopia, and I was incredibly thankful that they were able to keep Luna another night and able to give her the food they keep in-house.
Since being home, Luna seems calmer and more comfortable in her kennel. It seems like she had a good experience. And we're looking forward to scheduling regular daycare days for her and using their boarding services in the future.

Everything is amazing hear from the facility to the people. It’s a great place to have your dogs get socialized and he used to other dogs and people. Everyone here is so nice and knowledgeable. I will recommend Dogtopia all the time to anybody that’s looking for doggie daycare and boarding.
