Friendliness and easy service

We love everything about Dogtopia. From the management level to canine coaches, we always feel welcomed. The center is well maintained and clean. Dogs are well taken care of and reinforced, constructive training suggestions are always shared if dogs need a time out or perhaps a cool down. Highly recommend!

I was glad Dogtopia required a test run to make sure my dog was compatible. That helped put my mind at ease that the other dogs would be good in the pack as well. The staff was very friendly and willingly gave me a tour and answered any questions I had. I also enjoyed the ability to log in to the video to see how things were going.

My greet and meet in the Arlington Height Facility was more than I expected!!. The staff Bridget and Emily were very professional and so helpful in so many ways with explaining how Doggie Day Care will benefit my new adoted puppy Nigelwho is 8 months . Nigel has been there 2X so far and have signed him up to go 2x a week. I have spoken with Bridget with questions which were answered to the fullest. Looking forward to a long relationship with Dog Topia.

My furry companion likes to go to her "friends' and is always happy.I love the running around she gets at Dogtopia. The staff is welcoming and greets Kitsuneyoshi and she is always ready when I pick her up. Love the special days and the photos taken are so much better than when I try. My girl has never come home hurt so I know she care of.

For us we feel for our dog gets home away from home. Our dog is always excited to see the staff and they are very caring and take great care. It's a good feeling to know that when we board our dog, she is always super excited to go there. I really appreciate the time they take with us and especially when we've had some crazy schedules lately, they have been able to accommodate us. We feel so fortunate that we found dogtopia in Arlington heights for our dog. Thank you for everything you do!

I like that they come out to your car. Valet Service. Also, my pup is always so thrilled to come to daycare. Her little butt just wiggles when she realizes where we are going.

The workers are so friendly and really care about the dogs. It's very clean and convenient.
