Christain brothers Mt Juliet are awesome . We schedule our appointment they get to our car that day. They communicate the problem with our car and are very thorough in the explanation and if there are problems if possible they send photos to show the problem. They are very prompt when you arrive to drop off and pick up.

The team at Christian Brothers Automotive take time to get to know you and your vehicle. They remember you each time you drop off and pick up one of your vehicles. They have trained and experienced technicians that take photos of bad parts or the issue at hand and educate you on the problem and solutions. Prices are reasonable…they will even take you home and pick you up when your car is ready. I love their service, the atmosphere, and the quality of their work.

I would like share with everyone the people in the office make a point to come and greet me talk about the needs of my vehicle, than we have small talk and most of all thank me for my business . When i am snacking on a candy bar waiting for the shuttle service to give me a ride home so I don't have to wait in the waiting area which is very comfortable I like to observe the mechanics .they never seemed rushed they meticulously do there work correctly.
