Student Testimonials
Many of the teachers at UES 84th and Lexington are amazing!! They are friendly, hardworking, and super enthusiastic.
Christopher is absolutely the best teacher I have ever had for the last 14 years of Yoga life. He demonstrates every move and corrects posture with thorough explanations. I feel like a different person every time I finish his class. He is absolutely the best!!
I love the workouts and the teachers are all amazing! The studio is also clean. Def would recommend to my friends!
A few of the instruments are wonderful. Especially Christopher, our group refers to him as our “Guru”
The music is perfect, no lyrics, just well thought out melodies that can be incorporated into the the flow.
Lyrics and loud music don’t belong in a yoga class. Yoga is not Soul Cycle. When another instructor blasts the music in the middle of a class I block out the noise.
It is a great workout in a nice environment!
I love the vibe of the studio. Everyone that works there is happy, welcoming, and non-judgmental. I like how it's always clean and well taken care of. I love the different teachers and all the variations. I like the classes the most when they change things up. Since I go often, it becomes easy for me to guess what is coming next so I love when the teachers switch things up and keep it interesting rather than repetitive. Also, T Anthony is the BEST! Their energy and aura is so amazing and I actively look forward to seeing them on the schedule (more C2 from T please!). Thanks and happy new year!
Instructor was so warm and welcoming!
Great instructor
Good space, good instructors
Great workout and very welcoming
I felt the benefits of the class. I feel happier and less anxious today.
Great classes, especially Yoga Sculpt. Clean studio.
Great workout, fun too
great class, very welcoming!
The studio was so clean and welcoming, and a Saturday CoreRestore was the perfect way to unwind on a holiday weekend!
The class was great
Amazing classes and vibes
That new instructor, David Hill, is awesome.
The classes were challenging but not difficult.
Loved it
I have been going to CorePower Yoga classes on and off since about 2013 in several cities around the country. It remains a constant to my wellness and continues to be one of my favorite things to look forward to along my health journey. I recommend it to anyone! Here’s one idea, however: Would love it if you had more accessible prices to students, teachers, and veterans.
This was my second time to the studio, it was a very full afternoon class. Both times I have been welcomed warmly by the instructor. I feel like the teachers do a good job of cultivating an atmosphere of acceptance and warmth.
The community!
I like that it is always challenging but feels very satisfying once you’re done and you feel like it was worth the time and money. I like the format of starting and ending the sculpt classes with more yoga/stretching and the middle is hard combining strength moves with yoga poses.
I loved the studio, yoga class (which was a great balance of yoga and core strengthening), and the instructor!
all the instructors were very helpful to a novice(28/m) like myself. Especially instructive were the C2 classes which I had previously been to nervous to sign up for. Front desk staff incredibly nice
The teachers and classes I have taken so far have all been great.
Like mixture of sculpt and yoga - don’t like jumping jacks without shoes
I love it and I love the teachers! Erika is amazing and the vibes on her class are so beautiful! She’s kind and makes the clases for everyone no matter what level you’re at! 100% recommend CorePower Yoga!
great community and great teachers standards are good

CorePower Yoga is incredible! The classes are challenging and inviting, and the staff is so friendly!
