The opportunity to practice basketball
The staff have been fantastic with my 12 year old son and I! Patash (not sure if I have his name correct. Sorry) developed and explained a workout plan for my son. He was really good with him. The atmosphere is not intimidating like some other gyms. Love it!

I am a swimmer. Nice pool! The Bostwick pool is the right temperature, great facilities, and nice people. You also have Swim Passes, which allows a friend to swim with me. (25+ years) This is the only activity they engage in and it is reasonably priced. We really appreciate this special concession to swimmers! Also, each of us has to drive in order to swim and we take turns using the London and Sarnia facilities. Bostwick is conveniently located just off 401 (for me) and Colonel Talbot Road (my friend).

Great staff and great group classes that i use frequently.
Convenient location for our family, very useful for all of us.
Just speaking from experience with our son who is very high energy and can have difficulty listening at times, any activity we have done whether it be day camp or swimming, all the staff/instructors have been so patient and kind and gentle with him. We have had nothing but amazing experiences here

Friendly staff that make our daughter feel comfortable. Great family change facilities. Water could be a little warmer as our 3year old’s teeth are chattering all through the lesson

I love the swimming lesson times, my son is in daycare so we pick him right up and go swim. We don't live in town so glad we don't have to travel home and back.
I would prefer lane swim go back to registered times. I also prefer the old weekend times.
We love our 9:35am Saturday (the smallest age group) swim lessons with Josh, and I can’t remember the other instructors name (female). They are both so sweet with the kids, and create warm, welcoming space! We love the songs,

I enjoyed the options you had available prior to covid and excited to see how they are mostly returning. Having swimming lessons as an option for my son has encouraged me to take advantage of the time to exercise while he is participating in his lessons.
