First time member, I am disappointed that there is no surpervision in the fitness area. Not knowing how to operate the equipment is disappointing to me. I had to ask a person working out how to run the threadmill.

Great facility and convenient open hours

I’m enjoying the lane swimming and cardio room. So many activities to explore.

I haven’t used the Y programs since March 2020. Previously I used the pool for aqua fit and the gym. Staff were always friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to returning to the Y.

I didn't give a 10, because the aquafit (deep end) was not explained to be... I thought I had to tread water the whole time... I've since seen folks using noodles or ski belts offered to keep them afloat.
- signing up for additional classes is not user friendly = why are the following weeks classes only available on Friday before the start of the next week??
- receipts are inadequate - no date or time of the class I just booked!!
- why do I need to show proof of vaccine EVERY visit, when in order to get my YMCA card, I had to show proof of being double vaxxed??

Swimming pool program for kids , it would be perfect if you could do it twice a week (Saturday & Sunday) .

Love how welcomed we feel coming into the building and seeing all the happiness for normal life again.
I would possibly recommend a different process with vaccine proof only because it takes time for people who are not prepared or unaware of the procedure
