Love deep water aquafit. Especially important is the information shared by the instructors on posture. I appreciate Amelia and Linda acknowledging the deep water participants instead of only focusing on the shallow water people. Looking forward to youth activities starting again.
I wish the other kids programs would resume soon.
My Daughter started swimming lessons last week. She had an EPIC time. all the staff we met were absolutely AMAZING!!!
The instructors are great, the pool is beautiful and clean and there are plenty of change rooms and lockers available. I also love that our swimming lesson time stays the same and there is no need to re- register.
They’re inclusive and child appropriate programs and activities.
Aqua is fun and a perfect workout for endurance and strength for me.
I hope we get weekend classes soon. It would also be good to have an evening time slot for those people who work during the days
It does not make sense that anti agers time slot is close to aqua. Seems to be targeting a similar population. Again maybe later in the day?

I like the variety of programs that suit all ages, my favorite part is the children's programs where parents have a chance to drop off kids and get some activity.
Like the facilities and staff friendly. Looking forward to return of programs like Group Power and Turf Time. Would like some of these offerings to be at start of day (e.g., 6am) so that I can participate before beginning my work day.

I only participate in aquafit. This is a very important moment in my week.
I only wish that more specifically deep water classes are offered. Shallow and deep water are very different, and unfortunately numerous instructors at present just don’t get it. Linda and Amelia are FANTASTIC as they do GET IT and try their utmost to include deep end vs ignoring them.
Swimming for my childrens and gym was very quiet not much crowded.
Very clean and all staff was very approachable and kinds..
