Your programs help to maintain our health
I have tried many amenities at the STCC. The library's second floor is a great quiet place. I also love the arena to use during the City of London's Public Skate program. I use the YMCA gym as well as the public walking track. Overall, it is a great place to find something new and you like!
We are having soo much fun at Star Tech YMCA. Everything is under one roof. Such as swimming, GYM, The treehouse, Basketball, and many more activites that we are enjoying.
Great staff and beautiful facilities
I use the Y for swimming. The pool is always a perfect temperature, large, clean, bright and not crowded. It is a pleasure to go there. I also appreciate the availability of the 10 visit pass and, of course, the helpful and friendly staff.
The variety and kids' programs
I have a Full Senior Membership and really enjoy the aquafit classes as they are social and physical. I guess you can say it's great Mental and Physical Health.
I am going to start the Weight Room on off days of my Aquafit Classes.
That will give me 5 days a week.
I am looking forward to having evening and weekend Aquafit Classes as well.

I love the Mossa workouts, they are professionally choreographed and a great all round work out especially if you participate in the spectrum of the different workouts from Cenergy to Power. Feeling like I have to travel to different Y' s these days because there just aren't enough Mossa classes at Startech. Stoney Creeks offering are much more to my preference but so far away!

I am a retiree. I have found the whole complex clean and tidy. A welcoming environment. From ice rinks, gym, walking track, YMCA programs, library to PUC programs, drawing many from a very diverse community.

I like how clean the facilities are. Lighting is so good, not dark and creepy. Classy atmosphere, nice people. Good selection of equipment. I think it’d be fun to work here someday to get involved more in the community:)
Clean and bright!
The pool is just about the right temperature. Not as cool as some are for the swim racing teams and not at tepid as some are for the aquafit pools.
