Everything
It is flexible for me because I go away for winter so I can put my membership on hold. Also, the building is very clean. Great job
Stafff and facility
Good variety of activities for all ages. Great staff.
Instructors well trained
Variety of instruction
I mostly attend the morning classes with Linda. The whole class gets a fantastic workout without getting injured. She seems to have a sixth sense about the abilities of her group. We are nearly 100% seniors yet everyone experiences a great workout without being pushed beyond our limitations. If the Y ever loses Linda, it’s going to find itself in quite a fix! Val, Cathy and Lori also do great classes BUT who would be willing to do as many classes as Linda???
My membership at the moment hinges on Linda. It’s a bit concerning that when instructors retire or move away, the Y doesn’t hire new people to take over their classes. Instead, the present instructors are expected to double up on their class load. No one should be expected to do multiple classes a day. That results in burnout and injury. The latest loss I know about is Ann. Ann and Cathy usually filled in for Linda when she was away. So does it all fall on Cathy now? If Cathy is also unavailability, then what? You desperately need to hire and train new people. Especially people in seniors fitness.
Enjoy using the fitness facility.

Great supervisor! Makes everything enjoyable and takes care of everything
