My boys were moving my mom's 60 year old pristine dresser. The drawers flew out around a corner and two drawers smashed on the road. The corners were GONE and jagged where they had crashed along the pavement and both drawers had a split all the way along the front. Mark at the Furniture Medic rebuilt the corners, fixed the splits and you cannot tell that they were damaged at all. My mother is blind, and while I can see that the drawers are fixed, she only feels the drawers, and they are smooth as when she bought the dresser. He matched the wood grain, noticed that the corners of the other drawers were a bit darker so made the corners darker. I couldn't be happier with the end product.

Coming to the location.

Furniture Medic was the only restoration business I called that offered to do the work on site. This was much more convenient than having to move our conference table out and then have it delivered back again. Mark was both friendly and professional while in our office doing the work. Your local representative was personable and knowledgeable, and his explanation of the processes he used on the two pieces of furniture we turned over to him for work were clear and concise. We had a modern coffee table cleaned, patched and restored to its original lustre (without removing its patina of 30 years of use), as well as a 1920s buffet that required partial stripping and refinished, as well as patching of veneer stained to match. Both pieces look wonderful, and we are completely satisfied with them. Moreover, the cost was reasonable given the quality of work done.
