When the tech inspected our Sentracon bait stations be left a mess. Especially the one in our carport slab. The red clay stain won't wash away. Please take the time to leave it better than you found it. Also, spiders galore on our garage.

That your company calls to set up an appointment before coming out for service, plus they actually come into my house to spray. The reason i cancelled my prior pest control service was because they never called before coming to house to spray, so they would just show up and spray the front of the house, since my backyard gate was locked. I locked my gate due to having a swimming pool, but would have unlocked it if they actually advised me when they were coming. Also they would only spray the interior of the house only when asked.
