Where to start.. for one, you always call me in advance to schedule your services. The technicians are very flexible with your schedule in case you need to make changes. If there are ever any issues, they are there the next day: example, had a couple of palmetto bugs trying to make their way into the house between scheduled service, Arrow was out there the next day for an extra spraying of the house and all entrances

I have had service with knockout and then arrow once they were bought out for years and our same service tech -Rick - has always been wonderful and since Rick was out and we got to meet Chris for the last service... I liked him just as well , as he was so professional and very kind. He wore booties in the house to not get the house dirty and was very gracious with my bad barking dogs as well as my crazy toddler running around... I don't mind letting these technicians in my home because they're always wonderful.
