My facial was relaxing. I was pleasantly surprised to learn it included a foot soak and hand massage. Olivia was professional and friendly, and did a great job. The receptionist was professional and friendly as well, welcoming me and making sure I was comfortable while I waited.

For a Saturday, it was tranquil. I didn't have to wait long, and the greeter (so sorry I didn't catch her name) was so friendly and pleasant ... and not only personally walked me to the restroom, but asked several times if she could get anything for me. I eventually asked her for a water so that I could take a med quickly before I met Kasey, and she was so quick. She is a star of Nat Alt!
As for Kasey Whitfield, well, she was amazing. Such a great listener. She asked a lot of questions as we looked through photos to really get what I liked and to understand the vision of what I want to do. I can't wait to see the results in two weeks! I feel like, for the first time in years, I have found a hair professional who gets me.
She was so kind and patient and did a fantastic job on my daughters hair!

I have come to Natural Alternatives for years now. Molly is awesome. She does a great job of cutting and styling my hair just the way I like it. If I am uncertain, she makes suggestions that are perfect for me. Also, the store is always clean and smells amazing. The atmosphere is very relaxing.
Jayna did a great job on my pedicure and I enjoyed my time with her. She was very gentle with my sensitive feet. All salon workers were very nice and attentive. I have already booked another appointment.
