I love coming to Natural Alternatives. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted to check in for my appointment and was offered an assortment of drink options - different flavors of water or hot tea. The waiting area for spa appointments is very relaxing and comfortable. Sakaylea, the esthetician I see, is always so friendly and welcoming. She talked with me about each procedure and asked if I had any questions. So far, I’ve seen her for a facial, dermaplaning, waxing, an eyelash lift/tint, and eyebrow lamination. She’s very skilled and thorough and I trust her insight and input for my skincare needs.
So happy with my haircut. She did a fantastic job. Absolutely will be coming back for her services

The salon atmosphere is always friendly, not uppity like some other salons. Kristen is great, always listens and takes great care with my hair and alwsys makes sure I am happy. And Aveda products.....enough said.

The women are very nice and they tell you to contact them if you need something changed.
I LOVE the products they use to color or highlight the hair! It doesn’t burn or cause irritation! Other color and bleaching has ruined my hair. Their products do not!

Molly is great! She knows how to color and style hair very well. She also has a very pleasant and affable personality! I am not so thrilled about Anthony, the guy who works at the front desk. He is the opposit of Molly and it is not pleasant dealing with him.

Everyone is so nice from the moment you walk in the door. Cameron does a great job at cutting my hair but sometimes she is booked and I have had to use Ben who is also good. Christina does a perfect job with highlights. I don't think you can go wrong with anyone you book an appointment with.
