I came in to see her as I had reached the point in my cancer and chemotherapy journey when it was time to cut my hair.
She talked to me the whole time and really made the whole experience enjoyable. She even let my adult children stay with me for support. 😊 I did cry on her and I assured her it was not because I didn't like my hair. Lol I couldn't explain it to her in the moment as my emotions got the better of me.
I have dreaded losing my hair for months now. Lillie took all that dread away today with her kindness and reassurance. From the moment I sat in her chair and she started talking to me like she'd known me forever and had all the confidence in the world that today was gonna be okay, I knew I was where I needed to be.
Her super cute hair cut and her kindness meant the world to me. As soon as she finished and stepped away and told me to feel it and look in the mirror and see what I thought, I felt completely at peace with my hair and felt all the months of anxiety melt away and I loved it! She is amazing at what she does!
