The technicians are the best. we Eric was our original tech. He was super and we were disappointed when he retired - until meeting KJ this last treatment, and he was as good or better! Conscientious and pleasant, explaining everything that was done.

The service is excellent. Technician Jacob is a true professional. He listens carefully to any special needs or requests, and her performs the service efficiently. We had a problem with small ants before Jacob became our tech. After Jacob took over, the ants disappeared. We truly appreciate his cordial manner.

We've never had a major problem with pests inside our Highlands home, in spite of the fact that it is often unoccupied.
The Terminix person is the one who found termite damage in our crawlspace. After treatment, we encapsulated our crawlspace, which we should have done years before. It has made a big difference to the air quality in our house.
