We have been a customer with Terminix for many years and seldom had reason to be displeased with service provided. Henrietta has always been delightful to work with regarding scheduling.
Casey is new to us but prior to treatment, he discusses any pest problems. Casey is very friendly and professional.

Joe always takes great care of us. Making sure he has checked everything. Always lets me know when he will be at our home and what access he will need for that visit. He also lets me know if he found anything or if we should make some corrections. I love having the same tech every single time. It allows us to get to know them and feel comfortable.
