The Technician called and said he was running ahead of schedule and wanted to come earlier than my appointment which was great. He did a great inspection of the inside of our house and conducted all the inspection and removal of spider webbs place down a border for insects. Very professional and courteous and timely. I always get great service from Terminix of Seneca. If I ever have any questions or concerns I can always call the Seneca office and speak with a local rather than communicating with some far off call center. I think they have mostly have the same manager and employees for a very long time which to me indicates a very well run team.
