Service is performed outside. Pat is always on time and thorough. He reminds me that if I see any critters instead, just call and he will treat inside.
The technician tells me each time what they observe in my crawlspace. Good news or bad news. So, I either don't have to worry, about moisture, or other issues, or I do have to be concerned, and I can address the problem. He's always friendly, on time, and knowledgeable.
