All 3 terminix reps over 19 years have been very pleasant people who stay on top of the service schedule. I believe they have also kept me apprised when they saw issues not related to pest control (one year my hot water heater was spewing water and my rep brought it to my attention).
Mostly because it works but I also like that they come when they say will . Very nice and easy to work people.
