The fact that when we call the service is performed in a timely manner & if the issue can't be fixed you replace it. Our one suggestion is to have all the servicemen coming into the home wear the cover booties for their shoes as they track in dirt & germs.

Excellent customer service.
It make us feel secure when we know our appliances are covered for repairs. It is one last thing we don't have to worry about. We are getting up in age and don't have a lot of money and we are on a fixed retirement income. The only thing I don't like about AHS is that the telephone service takes too long to get to speak to a real person. I usually try to avoid the telephone and make my requests via the PC; however, like me , the computer is not getting any younger and often breaks down. First name removed J Last name removed
