I have been with AHS for almost twelve years. I have seen the customer service gradually decline but i must say that I still recommend AHS all the time because it is a good deal. I must also say that i had my preventive maintence done on my ac/heating unit by AC Plus and i was VERY pleased with their service. If i ever need work done again i will request that company
