We have two AC units and the firm they send out is reputable. I called for the annual service prior to needing insurance to make sure all is well and when the local company came out he said he only had the invoice request for one of the units. I called directly to AHS, had the young lady speak directly to the technician and resolved the issue, got an additional invoice number for the tech which made him happy and he completed the work. I was very greatful as the unit that was missing from the first invoice is the one that needed the service. Greatly appreciated the rapid response.

With any purchase, one never knows what issues exist with the purchase. Since a home is one of the largest purchases one will make. You do not want to have those large fix it or get it fix or get a new one. Most never a safety net to make those purchases.
Knowing you can call someone to determine if the item in the house can be fixed (professional with no hidden agenda) and that give one a good feeling.
