I like the fact they are an independently owned bicycle shop, very knowledgeable and you can feel the passion when you walk into the shop. It's not like some box retailer who sell mediocre products with uncaring staff.

While stock of specific bikes/color/size is very limited everywhere, the team member provided good counseling on a quality alternate brand/model bike that fit my needs and had just been received at the store, still in the truck. They assembled it very quickly and I picked it up the very next morning!

When I called to order the lady I spoke to was so helpful and thorough. When it was ready I got a call and when I picked up the man that helped was wonderful . They also checked my ID and matched the credit card to make sure was my purchase and identification. I am very pleased with my experience and I traveled from Staten Island to get the bike and it was worth it !!!!
